What should I include in the first message?
What you are trying to change, who it is for, anything that already exists, and your rough timing. Budget helps if you have one — it shapes what we propose rather than what we charge.
Do you work with clients in other timezones?
Yes, routinely. The studio is on Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5) and we keep overlapping hours with Europe easily and with the US east coast most days. Written updates mean you are never waiting on a call to know where things stand.
Is there a minimum project size?
Not formally, but below roughly two weeks of work the overhead of scoping and handover starts to cost you more than it delivers. If your thing is smaller than that, say so and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth engaging a studio at all.
