Privacy policy

The short version

This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. The only information we hold about you is what you deliberately send us in an enquiry, and we use it to reply to that enquiry.

What we collect

Information you send us

When you submit the contact form, or email us, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, company if you gave one, the project type and budget range you selected, and your message.

Information stored in your browser

One item, set only when you use the theme switch: a localStorage entry called rm-theme holding the word dark or light. It never leaves your device, it is not a cookie, and it is not sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your site data removes it.

Information our host records

Like every web server, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent — for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to build a profile of visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a scope and quote.
• To keep a record of what was agreed if you become a client.
• Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

Where it is stored

Enquiries arrive in the studio's email inbox and stay there. If a form backend is configured, submissions also pass through that provider on their way to us — the provider in use is named in this policy when one is active.

Third parties

The site loads exactly one external resource:

• Google Fonts — the Inter and Space Grotesk typefaces are served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser's request to those hosts exposes your IP address to Google, as with any resource loaded from another domain. If you would rather this did not happen, the fonts can be self-hosted; tell us and we will do it.

There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no chat widget and no social embed on this site.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: deleted within 12 months.
• Client records: kept for as long as the working relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period our tax and accounting obligations require.
• Server logs: retained by the hosting provider under their own schedule, typically a matter of weeks.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data deleted, where we are not required to keep it.
• Object to or restrict how we process it.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email us. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not ask you to justify the request.
