The working agreement behind a Revolutionary Mindsets project: what we commit to, what we need from you, and how either side can walk away.
Last updated 2026-08-15
Scope of work
Every project begins with a written scope listing the deliverables, the schedule and a fixed price. That document is the agreement. Anything not listed in it is not included — not because we are being difficult, but because an unbounded scope is how projects end badly for both sides.
Where a separate signed contract exists between us, that contract governs and takes precedence over this page.
Changes to scope
You can change your mind. Small adjustments inside the agreed scope are part of the work and are not billed separately. Anything that adds a deliverable, or resets a stage you have already signed off, is quoted in writing before we start it — and you can decline.
We will never add work silently and invoice for it afterwards.
Payment
- Projects are invoiced in stages against the deliverables in the scope.
- A deposit reserves your slot in the schedule and is credited against the total.
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless your scope states otherwise.
- Third-party costs — hosting, domains, licences, app store fees — are yours, set up in your accounts and in your name. We do not mark them up.
- Prolonged non-payment pauses work. We will tell you before that happens, not after.
What we need from you
A project depends on both sides. From you we need a single named decision-maker, responses to blocking questions within a few working days, and any content, credentials or access that the scope says you are providing.
If those stall, the schedule moves — we will flag it as soon as we see it rather than absorbing it silently and missing the date.
Ownership
On final payment, everything we made for you is yours. Source code, design files, infrastructure accounts and documentation transfer to you in full. There is no proprietary layer you must keep licensing from us, and no arrangement where you cannot leave.
Two ordinary exceptions:
- Open-source components keep their own licences. We will list them and their terms at handover.
- Our general know-how — the techniques, patterns and internal tooling we bring to every project — remains ours. Anything built specifically for you is yours.
We would like to show the work in our portfolio, but we will ask first, and a no is fine.
Warranty and support
Every project includes a post-launch window during which we fix defects in what we built at no charge — 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the package. A defect means it does not do what the scope said it would.
New features, changes of mind, and problems caused by changes made by others after handover fall outside that window and are quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance is available monthly and is cancellable monthly.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share as confidential by default, whether or not an NDA is signed, and we will sign yours on request before any detail is discussed. We expect the same discretion about our proposals and pricing.
Ending an engagement
Either side can end a project between stages, in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point and we hand over everything produced so far — code, designs, documentation — in a usable state.
There is no termination penalty. We would rather you left with something you can use than stayed in an arrangement neither of us wants.
Liability
We take responsibility for our work and will put right anything we got wrong within the warranty window. Our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost data you did not ask us to back up, or business interruption — nor for outages of third-party services outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
