Pricing FAQ
In stages, against the deliverables in your scope — commonly a deposit to book the slot, then a payment as each stage completes. Nothing is due for work that has not been delivered.
Because "an app" can mean six weeks or six months. The published figures are honest starting points for the smallest sensible version of each package. Discovery converts them into one fixed number.
The initial consultation and written scope are free. Deeper discovery work — technical spikes, audits of an existing system, research sessions with your users — is quoted separately because it takes real time.
You are billed the agreed amount for the agreed deliverables. If a stage turns out to be materially smaller than we scoped, we say so and reduce it — that has happened, and we would rather keep the relationship.
For registered non-profits and for genuinely early-stage founders, yes — ask. We do not discount for "exposure", equity-only arrangements, or the promise of future work.
Figures are shown in USD and exclude any tax that applies in your jurisdiction. Your quote states the currency, the tax treatment and the payment terms explicitly.
